Day 13 A trip to the Beach with the other Seateachers

Today we will go to the beach so we all woke up early and got ready to go there. When we got to family mart, all the boys were still missing! We thought they would be there earlier since they do not prepare much when it comes to going somewhere. Ms. Vi, Ms. Nina and Ms. View already got there but the boys were still nowhere to be found.

I sat beside Mira on the way to the beach. The beach was more than an hour away from VRU so we had a chance to rest and sleep for an hour.

Justine, Marielle and I were the only ones who swam in the beach. We also rode a banana boat-like boat. It was scary but fun at the same time. Our muscles ached after from holding on to the boat since we were really scared to fall on the water. It was one of the things I wanted to tried out before but I only had the chance to do it now in Thailand. We also had lunch there in the beach and we ate seafoods which is delicious especially we are by the sea.

Most of us were tired on our way back to the university and we arrived at 6 pm since it was a bit traffic also on our way back. We were all able to sleep again and even bought foos at our stop over before going back to the University.

Marielle, Justine and I went to the night market after that to look for some more things we could buy for our family. We were surprised at how big the market was because it was our first time to really look around the market.

*Banana boat ride- 100 baht

Shower- 10 baht
