Day 4 No Classes for Kindergarten

  • Jan 27, 2017

Today there were no classes for kindergarten students so Ima, Vina and I went to little bit late to the school. When we got there we greeted the students and then watched their activity before they had another activity. After that, teacher Tetari brought us in a room where we could work on our lesson plan. I was not able to do my lesson plan immediately because I still don’t have any topic. But I tried and made lesson plan with a topic I had in mine, which was parts of the body. We were also able to watch the activity the boy and girl scouts were doing.

After we made the draft of our lesson plan, we ate lunch at the cafeteria and then went back to the dorm. At 2 pm we went back to the school to consult teacher Aom of our topic and the date we will teach. We were also able to join her class while they make jellies! It was fun and we got to spend time with the older students. They were very accommodating and they even gave me jelly to eat.

Today, I also got to meet with Ms. VI along with Ms. View , Min and Yuy. I rode the motorcycle again today with Yuy and it was fun. I went home after that and was able to rest and chat with my friends in the Philippines and my other Filipino friend in Chiang Rai.
